Brief
Designed a refined brand identity and website for a local small business, balancing elegance and simplicity while positioning it as a premium event planning service. The final design ensured consistency, differentiation, and a cohesive visual experience.

User Research
To better understand the needs and preferences of EBK’s target audience, I conducted a combination of user interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis. The insights gathered helped identify key behaviors and desires that would shape the design. Additionally, demographic and behavioral data from industry reports were used to refine our understanding of this specific market.
The primary audience consists of young, affluent professionals who seek luxury, convenience, and exclusivity. They typically have demanding schedules, disposable income, and an interest in high-end wellness, beauty, and design services.
These users are design-conscious, with a keen eye for aesthetics and current trends. They value efficiency but also appreciate creative flexibility in their experiences. They seek events that are not only seamless and high-quality but also visually impressive and share-worthy for their social media and personal networks.
Classy and Elegant / Brand Identity
A true luxury experience; established and indulgent. For the glamorous yet understated picnic-goer.
Friendly and Natural / Brand Identity
Organic, accessible, earthy, comforting, and reliable. A high end grocery store meets luxury outdoor picnic.
Playful and Modern / Brand Identity
Vibrant, cheerful, fun, joyous, and fresh. An innovative and exciting new way to picnic.
Brand identity
The primary objective in this phase was to establish a style guide that ensured both consistency and a seamless user experience across the website and future brand expansions. This guide would act as a reference manual, especially valuable for a growing company like EBK, which is continually evolving and diversifying its media presence.
I consolidated insights from thorough research into the brand, its users, and the client's preferences, then translated these into three unique brand identity options. Each option was crafted to align with the core values of the brand while offering different visual expressions. I focused on simplicity, a strong, recognizable color palette, and the inclusion of pink as a dominant color, as per the client’s wishes. The three proposed identities were: "Friendly and Natural," "Classy and Elegant," and "Playful and Modern." These options allowed the client to evaluate and select the direction that best aligned with EBK’s vision and market positioning.
