About
I am a product designer and researcher exploring the intersection of technology, cognition, and aesthetics. I'm currently pursuing my MFA in Design and Technology from Parsons School of Design, and previously I studied Cognitive Science and Human Computer Interaction at UC San Diego. My focus as a designer is in creating digital experiences that are backed by empirical research and analytical rigor, while also prioritizing beauty, thoughtfulness, and delight. I also love storytelling with data visualizations, typography, and history.
The relationship between human cognition and digital interfaces fascinates me; our brains are forever intertwined with the technology we create. I'm interested in investigating this embodied cognition, and designing for technology that feels more intentionally human and helps us navigate increasing complexity with grace and agency. I believe we can create a more beautiful world.
